Role Overview


We are looking for a Commercial Growth Manager to work directly with the Director of Growth to support AVAYL’s enterprise growth initiatived and commercial efforts.


This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone with 3+ years of experience in commercial, business development, or growth-focused roles. Experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, or startup/high-growth environments is recommended, and exposure to enterprise pharma clients is a plus.


You will identify, assess, and prioritize prospects, support pipeline execution, create tailored content, and grow responsibilities as the client base and team expand.


Key Responsibilities


  • Prospect Identification & Assessment: Research potential enterprise clients, evaluate strategic fit, and prioritize opportunities.

  • Pipeline Support & Execution: Assist in managing and executing the sales pipeline, ensuring follow-ups, meetings, and outreach campaigns are effective.

  • Solution Expertise: Build knowledge of Medical Information challenges and AVAYL’s AI-driven solutions to communicate value to clients.

  • Content & Messaging: Develop presentations, emails, proposals, and other sales collateral tailored to senior stakeholders.

  • Collaboration & Process Building: Work closely with the Director of Growth and cross-functional teams to create scalable workflows, playbooks, and commercial processes.

  • Customer Engagement Support: Assist with discovery calls and executive meetings to help translate client pain points into actionable solutions.

  • Growth Mindset: Take initiative, learn quickly, and expand responsibilities as the organization grows.


Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience in commercial, business development, or growth-focused roles

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, or startup/high-growth environments is recommended

  • Exposure to enterprise pharma clients is a plus

  • Strong ability to research, assess, and prioritize prospects strategically

  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable executing in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to take on increasing responsibilities
