We are looking for a Client Implementation Manager to drive technical onboarding, IT integrations, and workflow analysis for enterprise clients, collaborating closely with AVAYL’s tech and project teams as well as client IT and business stakeholders.

Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in project management, technical implementation, and stakeholder coordination who wants to join a rapidly growing organization. It requires balancing hands-on execution of IT integrations, security assessments, workflow analysis, and system readiness with the creation of scalable processes that enable efficient, secure enterprise client onboarding.
You might, for example, work closely with the tech team on integration planning while coordinating with client IT teams to assess workflows and systems, ensuring AVAYL solutions are implemented efficiently. This is a builder role: someone who enjoys creating processes from scratch, establishing clear documentation, and orchestrating multiple stakeholders to deliver seamless outcomes. If you prefer optimizing already well-established implementation processes rather than building them from the ground up, this role is likely not the right fit.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for client IT and business stakeholders during onboarding and technical integrations
Evaluate client environments, including IT systems, workflows, and data structures, to ensure AVAYL solutions align with technical and business requirements
Lead and coordinate technical onboarding, security assessments, and integration activities, setting timelines, managing deliverables, and tracking progress
Work closely with internal tech and project management teams to prepare clients for a smooth adoption of AVAYL solutions
Facilitate assessments, including IT security, compliance, and workflow evaluations, to support successful implementation and long-term adoption
Orchestrate and document stakeholder communications, project milestones, and process steps to ensure transparency and accountability
Shape and continuously optimize the implementation process, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, adoption, and client satisfaction
Develop and maintain standardized tools, templates, and documentation to support consistent execution across integrations
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical project management, implementation, or client success in enterprise software or SaaS environments
Experience with IT integrations, security assessments, system and data analysis, and workflow mapping preferred
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate internal and external teams
Highly organized, able to track, document, and orchestrate complex projects with multiple moving parts
Excellent communicator capable of translating technical and process-related information for diverse audiences
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and with ambiguity
