Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and passionate Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team in Berlin. This is a unique opportunity to work on all aspects of our product, from the initial concept to shipping to our customers, with a special focus on contributing to our cutting-edge, AI-based platform. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver who is excited by technical challenges and is driven to create elegant, high-quality solutions. You should be someone who is not defined by a specific tech stack but by your ability to learn, adapt, and apply your engineering skills to whatever challenges come your way.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications that form the backbone of our AI-driven product.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to bring new features to life.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the entire stack.
Actively participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve our codebase and develop your skills.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the future of our technology, with opportunity to influence our AI product roadmap.
What We’re Looking For
A strong foundation in software engineering principles and a deep passion for your craft.
Proven ability to solve complex problems and think critically.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and a willingness to learn others. Our current stack includes Vue.js on the frontend and Python on the backend, but we believe great engineers can learn any stack.
A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
A desire to be in a high-impact role where your contributions are visible and valued, especially in the realm of artificial intelligence.
Bonus Points
Experience with our current technologies (Vue.js, Python).
An interest or experience in AI-related technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms (like AWS, GCP or Azure).
