AVAYL is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup revolutionizing Medical Information processes in the life science industry through AI-driven solutions. We envision a world where Medical Information evolves with the pace of evidence generation and build tools that enable our customers to optimize interactions with healthcare professionals and patients.


We are looking for a Client Solution Lead who will play a key role in driving AVAYL’s commercial momentum. This role blends opportunity and pipeline development, deal progression, customer engagement, and operational excellence - ideal for someone with extensive experience in engaging external stakeholders, leading customer conversations, and moving opportunities from initial interest to successful outcomes. As an early-stage startup role, you will wear multiple hats, and shape scalable processes and strategies that define how AVAYL grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective clients, leading early outreach and discovery conversations to understand needs and articulate AVAYL’s value.

  • Shape and execute go-to-market initiatives, including GTM planning, messaging, and growth initiatives.

  • Support customers throughout their evaluation by preparing clear materials, supporting demos and business case, and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.

  • Drive full-funnel customer engagement, including structuring of proposals, aligning stakeholders and steering multifaceted opportunities through evaluation, negotiation, and deal closure.

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth communication, consistent expectations, and to turn attention into revenue

  • Analyze customer insights and feedback and market trends to refine AVAYL’s growth approach, improve engagement effectiveness, and optimize commercial processes.

  • Build and implement scalable frameworks and processes that strengthen AVAYL’s operational and commercial foundation, enabling repeatable growth.


Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in consulting, corporate, start-ups, sales or other commercial roles, preferably in SaaS, life sciences, or healthcare technology.

  • Proven track record of managing full-funnel customer engagement, from outreach and discovery to deal progression and closure.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders independently.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and clarity.

  • Proactive mindset, strong ownership mentality, and the ability to work effectively in an early-stage, fast-evolving startup environment.

  • Prior experience in the life sciences & healthcare industry and knowledge of Medical Information sector is a plus
