We are looking for a User Intelligence & Insights Manager to track platform usage, analyze user behavior, gather market intelligence, and translate these insights into actionable recommendations for our tech, project, and commercial teams. Role Overview


This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of user analytics, product improvement, and market intelligence. You will track system usage, identify issues and opportunities, analyze competitor offerings, and provide actionable insights to help AVAYL’s tech, project, and commercial teams deliver better experiences, improve adoption, and differentiate our products.


You will work closely with project managers to help optimize user training, with tech teams to identify and prioritize bugs and enhancements, and with commercial teams to understand competitive positioning. This is a builder role: you will design processes for tracking and reporting insights, and continuously shape how data informs decision-making.


Key Responsibilities


  • Monitor and analyze user behavior and system usage, identifying patterns, issues, and opportunities to improve adoption and experience

  • Track bugs, errors, and pain points in collaboration with tech teams, providing actionable intelligence to prioritize fixes and enhancements

  • Partner with project managers to inform user training programs and improve onboarding effectiveness

  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis, identifying trends, feature gaps, and differentiation opportunities

  • Collect, organize, and communicate insights in clear, actionable formats for tech, commercial, and project teams

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and processes to track user engagement, adoption, and feedback continuously

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure insights are incorporated into product improvements, workflow optimizations, and customer experience enhancements

  • Stay up to date with industry best practices in user intelligence, analytics, and market research


Qualifications


  • 2–5 years of experience in product analytics, user research, market intelligence, or business analysis, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software

  • Strong ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable recommendations

  • Experience with user tracking, analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting

  • Excellent collaboration skills; able to work closely with tech, project, and commercial teams

  • Curious, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
