Role Overview
As Senior Legal Counsel – Enterprise & Partnerships, you will:
Own the full lifecycle of enterprise SaaS contracts and strategic partnership agreements
Partner closely with the commercial team to structure, negotiate, and execute deals quickly and accurately
Collaborate with senior stakeholders—including publishers, enterprise clients, and internal leadership—to ensure agreements align with business objectives and compliance standards
Build scalable contract frameworks, templates, and processes to streamline future deals
Provide actionable legal guidance that balances speed with precision, enabling rapid deal closure

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise SaaS contracts, partnership agreements, and related commercial deals
Act as the primary legal point of contact for the commercial team and key external stakeholders
Ensure all agreements comply with regulatory, corporate, and company policy requirements
Translate complex legal requirements into clear, actionable guidance for business teams
Develop standardized contract templates, playbooks, and workflows to accelerate deal execution
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, tech, and operations to ensure smooth contract implementation
Support strategic initiatives that enhance AVAYL’s commercial efficiency and risk management
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a corporate lawyer or legal counsel handling enterprise contracts, SaaS agreements, and partnership deals
Experience working in fast-paced startups or growth companies highly valued
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate independently, owning the end-to-end contract process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Comfort with ambiguity and high-velocity environments
