We envision a world where Medical Information evolves with the pace of evidence generation and build tools to empower our customers to optimize their interactions with health care professionals and patients.
We are seeking a talented Customer Engagement Lead with experience in the life science / pharmaceutical industry to foster and maintain relationships with customers and partners and position AVAYL as a knowledge and key opinion leader.
Role Overview
As a Customer Engagement Lead, you will drive initiatives to attract customers, position AVAYL as knowledge leader and ensure project success. You will be working on content creation, event and educational formats and closely collaborating with our partners.
Key responsibilities
Lead initiatives to engage customers through both online and offline channels, developing innovative ways to drive meaningful interactions and strengthen relationships.
Plan, execute, and evaluate events such as industry conferences, AVAYL customer summits, online webinars, and other forums to showcase our thought leadership and engage our customers
Create and manage educational offerings, such as the AVAYL Academy, to support user education and ensure the successful adoption of our platform
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and external stakeholders, including medical associations, regulators, and industry thought leaders. Develop and launch our ambassador program to strengthen our community
Create content for our online channels (e.g., website, LinkedIn) to shape our positioning as a thought leader in Medical Information. Collect and communicate customer success stories to demonstrate the value of our solutions
Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to align customer engagement activities with broader business objectives and to ensure cohesive messaging
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Medical Information or related fields. Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and their application in the healthcare sector is a plus.
A degree or background in pharmaceutical, life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field is highly desirable, allowing you to provide scientifically grounded content and insights
Proven track record of building and nurturing customer relationships, including experience in planning and managing events, educational programs, or customer-focused initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences and channels (e.g., website, social media, educational materials)
Strong organizational and project management skills with a history of successfully executing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Creative thinker with the ability to design new engagement formats and educational offerings that resonate with diverse customer segments
Familiarity with tools for content creation, event management, and customer relationship management (e.g., LinkedIn, CMS platforms, CRM software)
